4)Trong cuộc chiến Việt Trung 1979-1991, tại trận địa Cao-Bằng, một phần đất của Bảo-Lạc và Trà-Lĩnh đã lọt vào tay quân TC và cho đến ngày hôm nay sự kiện mất đất nầy vẩn chưa được bọn Việt gian Hà-Nội công khai xác nhận và người dân vẩn chưa kiểm chứng được một cách rõ-ràng.
